说到“龙虾”的英语很多人立马想到了lobster， 所以小龙虾就应该是small lobster。虾有很多种，lobster是长上面那个样子的，乍一看有点像， 但仔细看它比小龙虾个头更大。我们来看看free dictionary对lobster的解释。
关键词marine：海产的
所以lobster是海产的，而我们吃的小龙虾都是来自淡水，所以lobster不是我们要找的小龙虾。

两种写法都可以。
复数形式：crawfishes，crayfishes
但两词略有区别：crayfish更加官方，标准， 但crawfish更通俗，使用也更多， 菜单上也更多用crawfish。
